Article 1. Overview and Significance of the Privacy Policy
SigmaChain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company”) strictly complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (hereinafter, the “Network Act”), and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, as well as international standards such as the OECD Guidelines on the Protection of Privacy, from the planning stage to the termination of the Piki service (hereinafter, the “Service”).
The Company has established this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information and, through designated app services, informs Members of the purposes for which personal information is used and the measures taken to ensure its protection.
This Privacy Policy applies to all Piki services.
Article 2. Personal Information Collected (Mandatory Disclosure)
2.1 Information Collected at Membership Registration

2.2 . Information Collected During Service Usage
• Device information (OS, screen size, device ID, phone model, model name)
• IP address, cookies, access logs, service usage records, misuse records
• Customer inquiry information (transaction or payment-related consultation details, date, and result)
Article 3. Methods of Collecting Personal Information
The Company collects personal information through the following methods:
• Information directly entered by users during registration or service use
• Customer center inquiries (via phone, email, etc.)
• Participation in events and promotions
• Automatic collection of device information
Article 4. Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information
Collected personal information is used for the following purposes:
• Member management: registration, identity verification, guardian consent confirmation, account protection against theft
• Service provision: message transmission, friend registration and recommendations, personalized content
• Payments and settlement: when using paid services
• Security and misuse prevention: detection and prevention of abnormal service use
• Service improvement: development of new services and provision of personalized services
• Marketing and advertising: event and promotion notifications, advertising effectiveness analysis
Article 5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
• Personal information will be destroyed without delay when a Member terminates the Service or requests withdrawal.
• However, information that must be retained under applicable laws will be securely stored for the required period and then deleted.
Statutory Retention Periods
• Records of electronic commerce (5 years)
• Records of contracts or cancellations (5 years)
• Records of payments and consumer protection (3–5 years)
• Records of website visits (3 months)
Article 6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide Members’ personal information to third parties, except when required by law or with the user’s consent.
Article 7. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
• Users may view, correct, or delete their personal information at any time through the [My Account] menu.
• Users may request suspension of processing of their personal information; exceptions may apply where prohibited by law.
• Guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information for users under 14.
• The Company will promptly respond to user requests and notify them if personal information has been shared with third parties.
Article 8. Measures for the Protection of Personal Information
8.1 Administrative Measures

8.2 Technical Measures
• Encryption of personal information (passwords, email, authentication data, etc.)
• Operation of anti-hacking and antivirus systems

Article 9. Children’s Privacy Protection Policy
9.1 Collection and Use of Children’s Information
• Piki does not collect personal information from children under 13 and restricts their use of the Service.
• If legal guardian consent is not obtained, children’s personal information will not be collected.
9.2 Measures to Protect Children’s Information
• Children’s personal information is encrypted during storage and transmission and is not shared externally.
• Piki applies access restrictions and safeguards to prevent misuse of children’s personal information.
9.3 Deletion and Guardian Rights
• Guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s information, which will be promptly processed.
• Guardians may request deletion of a child’s account through the Customer Center.
9.4 Restrictions on Provision to Third Parties
• Piki does not provide children’s personal information to third parties without guardian consent.
• Exceptions may apply where required by law or investigative authorities.

Article 10. Posts, External Links, and Privacy
Piki allows Members to include product tags or external links (URLs) in Lounge posts. In doing so, Members may include others’ personal information or links to third-party sites.
• The Company may automatically collect behavioral data such as clicks on product tags, navigation to external links, and post views. This data is used solely for statistical analysis to improve service quality and provide personalized content, in accordance with Articles 2 and 11 of this Policy.
• The Company does not pre-screen or control third-party personal information or content included in posts or external links and does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.
• Personal information collected through external shopping malls or third-party websites linked within posts is subject to the privacy policy of the respective external site. The Company is not responsible for privacy issues arising from external services.
• Users must review the privacy policy of external sites before accessing them.
Article 11. Automatic Collection of Personal Information
• The Company may collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies during Service use.
• Users may refuse or delete cookies through their web browser settings.
Article 12. Scope of the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Piki and its related services (including mobile web/app). For other services, once users consent to provide information, the respective service’s privacy policy applies.

Article 14. Amendments to the Privacy Policy
The Company will notify users at least 7 days in advance of any amendments to this Privacy Policy, or at least 30 days in advance if changes significantly affect users’ rights.
Supplementary Provisions
1. This Privacy Policy shall take effect on September 4, 2025.
2. Major amendments are as follows:
>Change of service name
3. Continued use of the Service after the enforcement of the amended Privacy Policy shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
